Many companies state that staff are their most
important resource. Byzak staff give high levels of
performance at their own discretion, spurred on by
the positive atmosphere of the company.
It is our policy to
develop employee skills and promote from within,
resulting in an unusually low level of staff
turnover. We believe this to be the significant
proving factor in backing up our statements about
staff motivation.
The
majority of the senior management team have been
with the company over 15 years; many project and
site managers since leaving University. As a result,
we have continuity, reliability and commitment in
our project teams. This leads to greater empowerment
and responsibilities for individuals, and certainty
in relationships with our clients.
Byzak started work on partnering projects in 1990,
when we developed target cost contracts for North
West Water. This means that staff at all levels
within our organisation have direct experience of
partnering, are fully versed in the principles and
are proven team players.
