MEICA engineering

Byzak’s in-house division has extensive capability for MEICA projects – mechanical, electrical and process engineering with associated instrumentation and control.  This capability covers assessment, design, construction, commissioning, optimisation and final handover. The Byzak project team takes care to understand our clients’ requirements so that correct solutions are engineered from the outset. Work portfolios range from small replacement installations to extensive bespoke MEICA design, construction and commissioning packages.

Principal areas of service lie in the following:

• Prime Electrical, Process and Mechanical Design - production, management, and approval of schematic
  instrument loop, and process & instrument diagrams.
• Certified Quality Management Systems - incorporating a robust documentation trail to support all stages from design
• through to construction, commissioning and final handover of project.
  Construction - Use of own resourced dedicated installation and construction teams under the guidance of our qualified site supervisors.
• Commissioning and Handover - Working to rigorous testing procedures a separate team optimises the equipment or plant to ensure the performance requirements of the client and/or the regulatory bodies are met.
• O&M Manuals and Training - Experienced technical writers compile Operation and Maintenance documentation, and prepare operator training schedules for final review prior to formal handover.

Byzak Electrical
Byzak’s Electrical Department has extensive skills in providing both simple and complex electrical systems
to meet our customers’ needs. The system designs are purely dependent on our clients’ expectations and
are not governed or restricted by technical limitations or personnel levels. These systems cover, at their
simplest, fire and security systems for small buildings, and also extend to major project installations requiring
complex control using state of the art technology.

Byzak Mechanical
Byzak’s Mechanical Department has established itself as being an adaptive, inventive and effective team in both rigorous implementation of specified requirements and in developing schemes that our clients require.

Byzak Process
Byzak’s Process Department has primary expertise in the full range of industrial, utility, public, environmental and renewable infrastructure processes; from the development and design of process plant systems to that of installation and commissioning of applications of all types and scale.
